Our Process

Although the process can vary depending on the financial requirements you have and the products available. Below is an example of the normal steps taken.

1st Step
A telephone conversation discussing what it is you are looking to do and how we can help. Once you confirm your aims an appointment is booked for us to visit you.

2nd Step
A free initial consultation will establish your borrowing power and financial potential. Everybody has different circumstances and needs, so we will advise you on your own requirements. We will be there to answer any questions you may have.

3rd Step
Research…. Our consultant agrees a timescale needed for them to do their research. You both agree a suitable timescale to come back and discuss the findings.

4th Step
The consultant presents to you their research and recommendations and once you are happy, you proceed to application stage.

5th Step
At application stage you are contacted weekly advising you of developments with your applications.

Finally
On completion of the transaction and on your request, we would diarise to review your mortgage/insurance renewals.
